A REAL WALKTHROUGH
Follow the cursor as it selects an account, types a post, adds an image and saves a schedule in GroupDesk.
About 90 seconds · English narration and captions · Sample data
A demonstration in the English edition. No real Facebook post is sent.
Welcome to GroupDesk. In this quick guide, we will create a post, add an image, and schedule it for a Facebook group. This demonstration uses sample data. Start in Create a post. Choose the account you want to publish from. Before real posting, connect that Facebook account and confirm its identity in Accounts and connections. Give your post an internal title so you can find it later. Then type or paste the message your audience will see. Check the preview on the right. Select Add images and videos, and choose a file from your computer. Your image appears in the preview. You can combine supported images and videos, up to ten files. Review your text and media, then click Save post. Your post is now in Your posts. Saving a post does not publish it to Facebook. Click Choose destinations and schedule. Select the group you want to post to. Only groups saved for this account are shown. You can also reuse a saved group list. Choose a future date and time, using your computer's time zone. Check the selected group, then click Save schedule. Saving a schedule does not start a paused queue. Open Overview and queue to check your post, destination, and planned time. Keep the queue active and your computer awake and online. Posting times can shift because of waiting intervals. For more help, open Guides and help.

BEFORE YOU START
More detailed instructions are available in the help center.
Yes. GroupDesk runs locally on your Windows computer. The app must be running and the computer must stay awake and connected to the internet while scheduled posts are due.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with Google Chrome installed. There is no Mac or mobile version at present. One license covers one installation on one computer.
Use groups your account belongs to and follow their posting rules. GroupDesk uses the regular discussion post composer. Dedicated buy-and-sell listings and Marketplace are not supported. Group discovery can be incomplete; you can also add a direct group link.
Some groups require admin approval. Posting also depends on Facebook availability and account permissions. A submission marked unverified needs checking in Facebook before another attempt. Sending a post and confirming it is publicly visible are separate results.
A scheduled round supports up to 20 destinations. Up to 6 accounts can publish at once, subject to your plan and computer capacity. Each account uses variable 3–10 minute intervals, with an additional five-minute rest after every 10 counted submissions. These settings do not guarantee protection from platform limits.
You can attach up to 10 files total: JPG, PNG or WebP images up to 8 MB each, and MP4 or WebM videos up to 50 MB each. Mixed media depends on what the Facebook composer allows for that post.
Personal profile posting is experimental. Automatic Stories are currently unsupported.
A license without a usage expiry for the purchased release and releases covered by your update period, on one computer. The first six calendar months of updates are included from license issuance. Further six-month update periods are optional at $39. Facebook changes may require a newer release.
Currently, new versions are downloaded and installed separately. Your license shows the end of update coverage. You can install a covered release after that period has ended. The help center explains the current update process.
GroupDesk is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or Facebook. Follow Facebook and group rules. No posting tool can guarantee that an account will avoid restrictions.
Sales are not open yet. The plan buttons show offer details only. They do not take payment, register you or reserve a launch-price place. License issuance and renewals in the current pilot are handled manually.
Start with the in-app guides or the online help center. The help center can prepare an issue description to copy or save locally; it does not send a ticket. Our direct support channel will be published when the service opens.
