Scope
This page describes groupdeskpro.com and the software features presented here as of the update date. It does not replace a separately agreed pilot agreement. Final purchase and license terms will be presented before sales and payments open.
What GroupDesk does
GroupDesk is Windows software for organizing posts, group lists and publishing schedules. It runs on your computer, which must stay running, awake and online while posts are due. Availability and results also depend on your browser, computer and Facebook. Later queue times may change.
Permissions and content
Use only accounts you are authorized to operate and groups where you are permitted to post. Follow applicable law, Facebook terms and group rules. Obtain the necessary rights to text, images and videos and permission to handle client data. Do not use the software for fraud, impersonation, privacy violations, infringement, prohibited messaging or bypassing restrictions and security measures.
Facebook and posting results
GroupDesk is independent software, not an official Meta or Facebook product, and claims no approval or sponsorship from them. Post approval, reach, leads, income and freedom from account restrictions are not guaranteed. Facebook changes may interrupt functionality. “Sent — unverified” is not proof that a post is visible; check the destination before trying again to avoid duplicates.
Feature limits
Current support covers the regular discussion post composer. Dedicated sale listings, Marketplace and Stories are unsupported. Personal-profile publishing is experimental. Check compatibility with your computer and workflow before purchase.
Licenses, updates and content
The advertised lifetime plan covers one installation on one computer, unlimited accounts and no fixed parallel publishing limit, subject to computer and internet capacity. Six calendar months of updates are included from issuance; further update coverage is optional. Covered releases remain licensed after the update period, but future Facebook compatibility is not guaranteed. Do not transfer, resell or share a license contrary to its terms. Software and website intellectual property remains with its owners, subject to uses permitted by law.
Responsibilities and rights
Check account identity, content and destinations, and keep protected backups. Describing product limitations does not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. This page does not waive mandatory consumer rights or remedies, and contains no blanket exclusion of liability. Responsibility depends on the applicable agreement and law.
Changes
Material changes will be identified with an updated date. Editing this page alone does not retroactively change agreed purchase terms or authorize a new charge.
Purchases, cancellations & refunds
Current status
This website currently has no active checkout, subscription enrollment or recurring billing. Plan buttons display information only; they do not take payment or reserve a launch-price place. Pilot licenses are currently arranged separately with the supplier.
Before sales open
Business identity, final price and taxes, service period, license delivery, renewal terms, cancellation and refund routes and an active contact channel will be provided. Recurring charges require the applicable consent. Lifetime update renewals are optional and are not automatically charged.
Mandatory rights
Applicable cancellation, refund and remedy rights will be preserved according to the country and transaction. This page does not impose a “no refunds” rule or an automatic waiver on download. Any applicable digital-content conditions will be disclosed before contracting. The final sales policy requires legal review for the intended markets before checkout opens.

Email requests
Messages to groupdeskpro@gmail.com are sent through your email service and received in Google Gmail. Sender details, message content and any attachments you choose to send are used to handle and follow up on the request; processing may occur outside Israel. Providing these details is voluntary. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary information. The detailed request-retention period still requires completion.
Scope and operator
This notice describes the public website in its current state. Business identity is listed below; the full business address still requires completion. The website is not connected to a visitor’s Facebook account or local GroupDesk installation and cannot read their posts, groups or publishing status.
Help tools and issue descriptions
Search, guide selection and request drafting operate within the browser tab. Text entered in the request builder is not submitted to a ticket system or server by that tool. Copying and saving a file happen on your device; sending or pasting it elsewhere is your choice. Do not enter passwords, verification codes, payment details, full license codes or unnecessary client information.
Display settings and browser storage
When you choose display preferences, the website stores high-contrast, link-underlining and reduced-motion choices in localStorage under groupdesk-display-v1. They restore your choices on later visits and are not transmitted by the preference tool. They remain until you reset preferences or clear the site’s browser data.
Technical information and infrastructure
Loading a website necessarily sends network requests. Hosting and security providers, including OpenAI Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request time and paths for delivery, security and troubleshooting. We have not added marketing analytics or advertising pixels to the site code. This does not mean infrastructure providers cannot use technical cookies or logs.
Purpose, retention and transfers
Current purposes are website delivery, operation, security and the display choices you request. Infrastructure processing may occur outside Israel. There is no database of requests submitted through this builder. Exact infrastructure log-retention periods and processing arrangements still require confirmation with providers. Required notices and, where necessary, consent will be provided before introducing collection forms, payments, marketing email or AI processing.
Choices, rights and requests
You do not need to provide an issue description to read the guides. You can reset preferences and clear site data in your browser. Depending on applicable law, rights of access, correction, deletion or objection may apply, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. This is not a promise to erase records that must legally be retained. For support and privacy requests, email groupdeskpro@gmail.com. The website request builder does not send a message.
Separately installed software
The local software uses data and browser sessions on the computer where it is installed. Visiting this website does not transfer them here. When separately contacting the supplier, provide only necessary information and redact unrelated personal details in screenshots. This notice will be expanded for the actual online support or purchase process before it is introduced.
Accessibility statement — current status
Aim and scope
We are working to improve this public website in English and Hebrew with reference to Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG Level AA guidance. This describes specific improvements and checks, not professional certification or a claim that every criterion is met. It does not cover the Windows software or Facebook interfaces.
Website improvements
Features include a skip link, headings, field labels, keyboard navigation and visible focus, named buttons, improved contrast, narrow-screen layouts and reduced-motion support. Display preferences offer high contrast, underlined links and reduced motion. Basic accessibility improvements apply without opening that panel.
Using the controls
Tab and Shift+Tab move between controls; Enter activates links and buttons; Space activates buttons and checkboxes. Escape closes an open dialog. Use browser zoom, or Ctrl and + on Windows and Command and + on Mac, to enlarge content. Guides and policy text can be read without JavaScript.
Video alternatives
The English demo includes captions and a transcript. The silent Hebrew demo has a written walkthrough describing its sequence. Videos have playback controls and do not autoplay.
Checks and limitations
The 24 October 2026 update addresses keyboard focus, responsive navigation, form boundaries, customer-page contrast and reading at enlarged text sizes. Source checks and browser interaction checks are documented separately; All 11 pages were checked in a 320px frame (305px content width beside the scrollbar), also with increased text spacing, without document-level horizontal overflow. This is not a full conformance audit. A comprehensive professional evaluation using screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver, all browsers and assistive technologies has not been completed. External services and the local software need separate evaluation.

The help center can prepare a local description including the page link, failed action, browser and assistive technology when relevant; it does not send a report. Medical records or a diagnosis are not needed. Any additional service arrangements will be published once confirmed.
